Beyonce was spotted enjoying the beautiful weather in New York City - this time without toting along baby Blue Ivy Carter. Bey was '70s style smashing in a pink top, wide brim hat and very colorful skirt. 

The 30-year-old new mother is always one of the most stylish women in the business, and what she's wearing is a constant topic of discussion. 

So imagine what a designer might feel when they realize Beyonce was wearing one of their dresses? In comes Victoria Beckham, who screamed out loud when Beyonce donned her design. 

VIctoria told Extra:

“I was very excited when I saw it online. I screamed, and said, ‘Look, David, look!’ She was one hot mama, for sure.”

“It was big for me,” the mother-of-four said. “She’s incredible, and also an artist that I have so much respect for. I’m a huge, huge Beyoncé fan.”
